A member of the Finance Committee called the National Alliance MP Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri to the necessity of activating the customs tariff law after giving a considerable period for the rehabilitation of the customs offices in the Iraqi border, in order to support the national product. Yasiri said that "there is an imbalance in the tax legislation of the country, because it can not be a country like Iraq imported materials and commodities funds enormous tax does not exceed (5%), indicating that the law of the customs tariff submitted to the House of Representatives since 2011 and delay the for many times. He added: that the reason for the delay is due to lack of rehabilitation offices of the customs on the border crossing points, so it has been granted two-year period for the purpose of rehabilitation and development of those offices, in addition to that there are no objections by some of the blocks on the law, and some believe that he would cause the law an increase in prices and non- that. He pointed out: that the time is appropriate to activate the current law, especially after the deadline given to the Customs Authority for the purpose of rehabilitation of offices, calling to accelerate enabled this and in order to support the national product and promotion. House of Representatives has initiated the Tariff Act, but the government had asked to wait applied as a result of non-completion of infrastructure customs offices in the border.

On the other hand, Deputy Chairman of the Finance Committee MP for the coalition of Kurdish blocs Ahmed Faizullah "that the adoption of a law on ratification of the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation with the Republic of South Africa will strengthen bilateral relations in the economic fields. Faizullah said, "that the State of South Africa is one of the developed countries, artistically and technically, industrially and economically, Strengthening economic ties is a step in the right direction, and will be channeled to the interests of the national economy through gaining experiences and advanced foreign investment companies. He added: that the country needs so agreements so as to develop its economic as often fails to developments taking place in the world in all fields, calling for economic agreements with various economic developed countries in order to serve the national economy and raising its standards. The House of Representatives voted at a meeting last Wednesday, the majority of the draft law on ratification of the Convention on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Republic of Iraq and the Republic of South Africa

Iraq is running around making deals with other countries , so IMHO for these countries to inter Iraq they will want some kinda aqreement or qurantee of protection of funds and people well being !!!! So there sales pich has gotta have tax laws and rv in it !!!! Why else would any country in their right mind enter a country ??? I sure wouldn't want my money or people at risk with no promise of protection . Would you ????
