Trump: A friendship with the North Korean leader is possible

US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that he and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un could someday become friends and that it would be "very nice" but not sure. According to Reuters.
Asked if he and Kim could be friends, Trump told a news conference in Vietnam: "This may be something strange but a possibility.
"If that happens, I can tell you that it would be good for North Korea but it could also be good for many other regions and good for the rest of the world," he said.
"It's something that might happen. I do not know what if it would happen, but it would be very nice."
