[ltr]The Iraqi Economic Council held a brief seminar in the city of Dubai at the InterContinental Hotel, in celebration of the official Iraqi delegation visiting the UAE to communicate between economists and the private sector in the two brotherly countries.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The president of the Iraqi Economic Council, accompanied by members of the Board of Directors of the Iraqi Economic Council, Karim al-Yasiri and Rafie Al-Rawi, received a number of large number of UAE companies and businessmen in addition to a number of cadres of the Economic Council," the Economic Council said in a statement received by Mawazin News.[/ltr]
[ltr]The statement added that "the symposium included the presence of the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq Ali Alaq and the Iraqi Consul in Dubai Hussein al-Azzawi, adviser to the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Qassem Saleh, Director General of the Iraqi Bank of Trade Faisal Al-Hims, Director of the General Department of registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Abdulaziz Jabbar and Chairman of Al Fahim Group Abdullah Al Fahim Al Fahim Group, Abdulla Al Fahim, Mohammed Al Fahim, Assistant General Manager of the Iraqi Trade Bank, Fares Al Hamdani, Fadel Jassim, Central Bank and Chief Executive Officer of Brooks UAE Shaza Al Zubaidi, Abdul Hakeem Bin Haraz, President of the Iraqi Business Council in Abu Dhabi, Zia Al-Shukriji, Secretary General of the Iraqi Labor Council in Abu Dhabi Mohammed Al-Assam, Vice Chairman of the Iraqi Business Council in Abu Dhabi, Uday Al-Mu'min and Ghada Al-Nasser - The Iraqi Bank Secretary General of the Union of Iraqi Businessmen Mohammed Shaker al-Dulaimi, Osama al-Kubaisi and Aref Abdul-Karim also attended the symposium and said the President of the Iraqi Economic Council Ibrahim al-Baghdadi al-Massoudi, "I welcome you very welcome and thank you for your reception of this modest invitation, To the delegation of Iraqi official who visited the UAE to open a branch of the Iraqi Bank for Trade (TBI) in Abu Dhabi, and to be a meeting of the atmosphere of communication between economists and the private sector in the two brotherly countries.[/ltr]
