Karbala's deputy representative in Karbala said in a Friday sermon that "victory over da'is does not represent the end of the battle with terrorism and terrorists, but this battle will continue and continue ..."
On Friday, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced the start of the application of "weapons inventory in the hands of the state" and welcomed the invitation of the religious authority Ali al-Sistani to "not exploit the volunteers and fighters in the popular crowd."
Abadi stressed the importance of removing the security institutions from engaging in political work, "which is supported by the popular mobilization fighters and associates."
Sadr made the move after a closed meeting with the leaders of the crowd on Sunday, the day after Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced the liberation of all Iraqi territory from the grip of Dahesh.
"We will remain supportive and supportive of the Iraqi government and the security forces in all their addresses and ranks to confront the sleeper cells of terrorism and to pursue the elements of terror and crime to extend security and reassurance among our honorable people," the Supreme Islamic Council said in a statement.
"We will use all our energies in the battle of cultural awareness to counter the deviant Takfiri ideology and root out its roots. We will do our best to support the families of the martyrs of victory from the heroes of the popular crowd, the army, the police, the counterterrorism and the rest of the security services," he said.
The Supreme Council stressed that "the state is the constitutional and legal framework for taking up arms, and we will contribute to achieve this." He called on "the Mujahideen of Saraya Ashura to dismantle their political affiliation with the Supreme Islamic Council to associate exclusively with the leadership of the armed forces and the military hierarchy in order to preserve their high prestige and good reputation. As expressed by the Supreme Reference.
The Supreme Council affirmed that "we will support any sincere and serious efforts in the battle against corruption and present ourselves as we have presented in the fight against terrorism." He called on the government to "manage this battle firmly and professionally.
The statement stressed that "we will spare no effort to care for the families of innocent martyrs, our brothers and our children wounded and wounded from the ranks of heroes participating in combat operations," pointing out that "
