Al-Iktissad Investment Bank decides to increase the capital to 250 billion dinars
Kuwait Stock Exchange ( BEFI ) announced today that the generalassembly of Al-Iqtisad Investment and Finance Bank ( BEFI ), listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange, has approved an increase in the company's capital to 250 billion dinars.
The stock exchange said in a press release received by "Economy News" that "the increase will be through the issuance of 42.85 billion shares."
"The shareholders of the increase are both Sondos Abbas Kazem and Ghafran Saadi and Weib, each with a 50% share capital increase."
