An international coalition against a pro-Syrian organization in Iraq and Syria announced the death of one of its soldiers on Monday.
"The soldier was killed on Monday in an incident that has nothing to do with the military operations and an investigation has been launched into the incident," a coalition statement said.
"The name of the soldier and the circumstances of his death will be announced at the will of the authorities of the country concerned."
The United States has been leading an international coalition since 2014 to fight the terrorist organization in Iraq and Syria.
