    "The speech of US Secretary of State Tillerson at the Kuwait conference gave a clear signal to Prime Minister Haider Abadi, the need to resolve the outstanding problems between Baghdad and the region dialogue in accordance with the Constitution," the head of the Parliamentary Relations Committee MP Abdul Bari Zebari said Tuesday.
    "The conference of donor countries held in Kuwait has undoubtedly been able to prepare at the least political level, showing the global support for Iraq," Zebari said in a statement to the News Agency that "the confirmation of US Secretary of State Tillerson in his speech to the conference and praised the heroism and identification of Iraqi security forces To the Peshmerga forces with a clear indication of the need to give the constitutional gains of the Kurdistan Region is a clear reference to Abadi, who was present during Tilerson's speech.
    He explained that "and through all this we conclude that the US administration is serious in the need to resolve the remaining problems between the region and the federal government in Baghdad dialogue according to the Iraqi constitution," pointing out that "the insistence of the Iraqi prime minister to get all the solutions intransigence will make Iraq lose more international support for the benefit of Kurdistan Region, which was evident through many international and European positions, especially the conditions of the International Monetary Fund.
