Parliament discusses the budget paragraphs today and fears of the lack of quorum

Baghdad / .. The House of Representatives discusses, Thursday, paragraphs of the federal budget for the year 3028, while parliamentary sources confirmed that there are fears of incomplete quorum and pass the budget.
The reporter said "the eye of Iraq News," in the House of Representatives that "the parliament is discussing today paragraphs and items of the federal budget, noting that the political blocs have points of disagreement on the budget items."
He added that "points of disagreement need to vote by the political blocs, and there are some blocks refuse to pass the budget without agreement on those points and pass."
He explained that "from" the most controversial dispute is the paragraph provinces producing oil and the inclusion of 17% in the budget as a share of the Kurdistan region and the inclusion of the age of liberated areas adopted by the political blocs in the Union of Forces. "
On the other hand, confirmed parliamentary sources for "the eye of Iraq News", there are fears of non-completion of the quorum in today's meeting, noting that it can not pass the budget between all political blocs unless it is agreed on some decisions and vote on them.
The sources indicated that "it is hoped that the budget will be passed and vote on them after agreement on some of the decisions that were made by the political blocs in a meeting expected for the three presidencies." Finished
