America: We foiled deals planned by Moscow worth 3 billion dollars

The US State Department has claimed that it has recently thwarted deals planned by Moscow worth $ 3 billion, and warned the world to deal with the business of Russian companies to manufacture weapons.
"The United States is warning the world countries against doing business with Russian arms companies and trying to discourage them," State Department spokesman Heather Neuert told reporters. "This is based on the requirements of the Law on Countering America's Opponents through Sanctions, adopted last summer, which tightens sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea.
All US diplomatic missions around the world have been instructed to make efforts to persuade foreign governments to back down from cooperating with Russia, especially with its military industrial companies, and also to warn that any governments, institutions and individuals who prove their violation of the law will be subject to US sanctions, "We are pleased that some countries have responded and stopped buying certain Russian goods and materials, and we believe that we have succeeded in thwarting financial transactions worth $ 3 billion."
