    [rtl]BAGHDAD - The media office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Thursday, the Parliament responsibility for imposing deductions on the salaries of employees and retirees, pointing to the possibility of lifting the budget before the vote on it.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Office spokesman Saad al-Hadithi told him that "the House of Representatives is the status of deductions of salaries of employees and retirees as a legislative option for him, in the budget of 2016."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Hadithi added that "the budget of the previous year was based on this trend by keeping the deduction, and not raising it."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that "the House of Representatives can reverse its previous position, and raise deductions before the vote on the budget law, which we hope to approve in the near future."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri said during the parliamentary session on Sunday (February 11, 2018), he directed the Finance Committee to confirm the absence of the need to cut salaries of employees, stressing the keenness of the Council not to prejudice the salaries of employees.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He accused Prime Minister Haider Abadi, or last, the parliament that behind the addition of the paragraph deductions from salaries of employees and retirees in the budgets.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Prime Minister Haider Abadi, recently, delayed the adoption of the budget that aims to embarrass the government, describing the reasons for non-recognition as "unconvincing."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the approval of the financial budget law for the current year will be extended to the month of July, noting that the possibility of approving the budget before the elections.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The decision of the Finance Committee of Parliament, recently, the government responsibility for delaying the adoption of the general budget for 2018, stressing that the government delayed sending the budget to the House of Representatives, which was scheduled to send on October 10, but was sent on 30/201/2017 and thus delayed approval generally.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The House of Representatives ended its consultative session, which was held during his legislative holiday, early last month to discuss the federal budget 2018, while the Presidency decided to refer the draft budget to the parliamentary financial committee to prepare a final version and presented in another extraordinary session.[/rtl]
