    He went on to say that we desperately need to have a role for the private sector corresponds to the real reality of the country it is currently going through, noting that this strategy includes key axes that go to the private sector at a clear pace for the country and the surrounding countries encourage him to engage in real work in the development of general economic, Mainly to the private sector in order to absorb the bulk of the expected unemployment due to the cessation of employment opportunities provided by the State to the public sector and therefore it is an important part of the fact that it is reflected in many categories too, as annually graduated more than 200 thousand graduates in colleges and institutes, They have a place In the labor market with the need to be partners in development and beneficiaries or winners of every framework of economic development experienced by the country.
     
    For his part, said the Administrator of the United Nations Development Program in the Middle East, "The Convention is an initial framework for cooperation between the United Nations Development Program and the Iraqi government on the implementation of the strategy to develop the economic reality of the country through the private sector, believes and a comprehensive conviction that there is special importance to the private sector In Iraq is on the issue of job creation and may be the challenge in job creation is the biggest challenge now in post-liberation Iraq.
     
    The Minister of Planning Dr. Salman Al-Jumaili met with representatives of the private sector and discussed with them ways to expand their participation in the development march in the light of the next development plan and the economic openness of Iraq and reconstruction operations, stressing that the government wants the private sector to be an effective and influential, because it recognizes the potential of this sector and its ability to achieve Development objectives, especially in the field of investment.
     
    Al-Jumaili said that Iraq is on the verge of a new stage of building, reconstruction, opening up to investment and seeking to attract large investors to the country. This requires that we give our Iraqi private sector the opportunity to be a strong competitor. "He pointed out that Iraq's economic and investment relations witnessed a significant development during the recent period, including relations with the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The high-level coordination council between the two countries was formed, calling on the private sector to present its appropriate vision on investment operations in the country.
     
    For their part, the private sector representatives welcomed the government's initiative towards activating the role of the private sector, stressing the ability of this sector to be an active development partner in all investment sectors.
