The parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the current government will not submit a new project to amend the law of the general budget, because it has the authority to spend from the emergency reserve budget.

"The House of Representatives and the Parliamentary Finance Committee have realized that the formation of the new government will take time, and therefore the current government will not need to submit a new draft to amend the general budget, because it has the authority to discharge from the reserve of emergency budget allocations according to the law."

He added that "the volume of internal and external loans in the budget is about 11 trillion dinars, while the total allocations of the region is 7 trillion and 597 billion dinars annually, and this amount will not spend because the share of the region will depend on the actual expenditure of the state, which is generally about 70 trillion dinars.

The parliamentary Finance Committee, confirmed that the payment of nominal salaries within the Federal Budget Law 2018 does not cancel the rest of the salary for the staff of liberated areas and affected areas.

The head of the committee, Mohamed Tamim, said in a press statement yesterday that "it was agreed with the Prime Minister in the Federal Budget Law 2018, voted by the House of Representatives, to pay nominal salaries saved employees of liberated and affected areas."

He explained that "the payment of nominal salaries to cancel the rest of the salary, as the salaries registered as restrictions and therefore will retain employees all their salaries, that the disposal of this year nominal only and next year will spend the remaining amount."

He added that "the most important remarks that were dealt with in agreement with the Prime Minister and representatives of the liberated provinces, to postpone payment of loans of farmers in these areas for 3 years without interest, as well as granting loans without interest for 10 years, for all those whose homes and homes were demolished or damaged, He pointed out that "the career grades that were omitted in the years 2014-2015-2016 have been restored to the provinces that were under the control of gangs and called the terrorist like other provinces.
