Basra explains the reasons for delaying the daily salaries of the procedure

Basra Governor Asaad al-Eidani said on Monday that the issue of delayed salaries of workers is due to delaying the ratification of the budget and not because of the province as some claim.
"There are funds in the provincial council if they are transferred, we will pay the salaries of the workers and we are with the rights of all workers whose salaries have been delayed for months," he said in a press release. "The current time as a local government is in the hands of the council The province in the case of expediting the transfer of funds to be disbursed for the procedure in the coming days. "
Al-Eidani pointed out, "the existence of funds existing with the Council of the province, if the Council transferred them will be disbursed the money and if not transferred from the Council, we could not spend money as salaries for daily actions."
