    The Iraqi government announced on Tuesday, for the decision to extend the amnesty for foreigners coming to the end of 2013, in response to the request of the Ministry of Interior.

    The Interior Ministry said in a statement received (range Press) a copy of it, that "We thank the quick response and excellent DAI correct decision by the official position of the expatriates from Arab and foreign," and praised "the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs for their participation and support."

    The ministry said that "the decision of the Labour amnesty for expatriates and foreigners will be extended until the 30th of December 2013."

     In the opinion of specialists in the Ministry of Labor, that most of the foreign workers coming to Iraq is illegal, pointing out that the ministry filed a new labor law to the Council of Ministers regulates the process and locks them of the need to bring the actual and experienced workers to train the Iraqis.

    The Iraqi Interior Ministry announced that, earlier, for its decision to make significant changes to the residency law for expatriates Arabs and foreigners in Iraq, including not granting a stay to the Arab citizen and foreigner only after getting the approval of the minister exclusively, and must willing to work with the Iraqi private sector and must obtain the approval of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to organize a labor contract ratified in circles notaries to then flying to the Directorate of Residence This amendment would limit the illegal presence of the Arabs or foreigners in Iraq.

    The security forces arrested from time to time, foreign arrivals ending their stay in the country, and are deported.
