The Council also voted to assign 9 judges instead of the current members of the Commission and to freeze the work of the Board of Commissioners until the completion of the investigation.
According to political analyst Abbas al-Ardawi, the supervision of nine judges of the Supreme Judicial Council on the manual counting of ballot boxes will ensure the results of an honest election.
"There is evidence that colluded members of the Electoral Commission with political parties forged ballot boxes in their favor and the abolition of others competing with them," said al-Ardawi.
He pointed out that "the cadres of the Judicial Council, which will supervise the count manually ready fully," prompting "the announcement of the results of counting and manual sorting after two weeks of the operation."
"The decision of the Council of Ministers to ratify the recommendations of the Ministerial Commission on the truth of the violations of the elections is in support of the decision of the House of Representatives, which adopted in its extraordinary session on the re-sorting by hand."
The Council of Ministers directed the two intelligence services and the National Security and intelligence services to the Ministry of Interior to prosecute the manipulators of the elections and take legal action against them in accordance with the law, and asked the Prosecutor to initiate criminal proceedings based on the report of the High Committee.
