    The leader of the Islamic Dawa Party, Jassem Mohammed Jaafar, on Monday, decided to form a new coalition between the victory coalition led by Haider al-Abadi and the rule of law led by Nuri al-Maliki, likely to reconcile them in order to unite the party's efforts to meet the aspirations of its masses.
     Jaafar said in an interview with the «Journal News» that "the best option is to form large political alliances and strong members of the Dawa Party within the alliance of victory and the coalition of the rule of law, which is in the shadow of political confusion between the other blocs.
     He added that "ending the intersection of the poles of the Dawa party Haider al-Abbadi and Nuri al-Maliki and rearrangement of internal conditions can form the strongest coalition and the largest and prevent the loss of the party presidency of the next government and public support because of personal differences."
     He added that "the declared alliances are not solid and can not withstand because they are inconsistent," adding that "in the event of differences between the poles of the Dawa Party, it will be the selection of a consensus within the party to take over the next prime minister."
    It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Haider Abadi and the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr, announced an alliance between the coalition victory and the rest, while pointing to eight points as a basis for future alliances.
    The head of the coalition, "state law," Nuri al-Maliki signed a document with the leader of the "coalition of victory," Haider Abadi on the coalition after the election and the integration of the results.

    Sources close to the atmosphere of the formation of the government that an agreement happened between both Nuri al-Maliki and Haidar Abadi to form a joint committee between the two blocs.

    The sources pointed out that the first meeting had resulted in agreement on joint steps between the parties to form alliances that would form the largest bloc.
