President of the new parliament: next Tuesday nomination date for the President of the Republic

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammad Al-Halbusi confirmed on Sunday that he will travel to Basra on Monday.
"The next Tuesday will be a date for nomination to the post of President of the Republic," said Halaboussi before the House of Representatives, noting that "opening the door for nomination for the post will be electronic by announcing the date through the website of the House of Representatives."
"We will go tomorrow to the province of Basra to see the reality of the service."
