The MP of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/103210/%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%81 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A8%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%A1]the Construction Coalition,[/url] Mohammed Salem Al-Ghabban, said: "The decisions issued by the government of the current Prime Minister Haider Abadi after the first of last July is not binding," noting that the current government does not have the right to exclude employees of special grades.
Al-Ghabban said in a press statement, commenting on the abolition of the decision of Abadi Isid Faleh al-Fayadh of his posts: "The current government is a caretaker government and has no right to take any decision to cancel or exclude employees who are in special grades or the rank of Director General," noting: Its real role on the current and future government and that any decisions issued recently on appointments or dimensions are decisions worthless. "
He added: "The House of Representatives objected to some of the Diwaniyah orders issued by the Prime Minister as being contrary to the law on the grounds that his government is a caretaker government.
"Any decisions issued after July 1, 2018 are outside the legal and constitutional context and are non-binding decisions for the next government," Al-Ghabban concluded.
The administrative court overturned the decision of the current prime minister, Haider al-Abbadi, to dismiss Faleh al-Fayadh, head of the National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Popular Propaganda Authority, and decided to return him to all his posts.
