    Head of Supreme Judicial Council visits Kuwait at the head of a high-ranking delegation

    high-level judicial delegation headed by Faiq Zaidan, head of the Supreme Judicial Council, will visit Kuwait on the invitation of the Supreme Judicial Council.
    The head of the Supreme Court headed a delegation that included members of the Federal Court of Excellence Sabah Rumi Anad, Hijab Ibrahim Ahmed, Numan Karim Ahmed, Head of the Public Prosecution Service Mowaffaq al-Obeidi, head of the judicial supervision Jassem Mohammed Abboud, and heads of courts The appeal in Basra and Baghdad Rusafa and the Kurds are Adel Abdul Razzaq, Emad Khudair al-Jabri and Khalid Taha Ahmed. "
    He added that "the Iraqi judicial delegation was received by the Advisor Yusuf Jassem Al-Mutawah, President of the Supreme Council of the judiciary in Kuwait and the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Kuwait."

    The Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council and the Kuwaiti nation discussed on Wednesday the role of the judiciary in finding solutions to legal problems inherited from Saddam Hussein's tyrannical regime. 
    "The Speaker of the National Assembly of Kuwait, Marzouq Al-Ghanim, received the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faik Zaidan, and the accompanying legal delegation," the media center of the Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement received by Mawazine News. 
    The statement added that "the two parties discussed the role of the judiciary in finding solutions to legal problems inherited from the former regime." 
    The Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, during his meeting with the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiz Zaidan, earlier on Wednesday, his country's readiness to cooperate with Iraq in all matters related to the work of the judiciary and the exchange of experiences.
    The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faik Zaidan, on Tuesday visited the State of Kuwait at the head of a high judicial delegation. 
    Zaidan headed a delegation that included members of the Federal Court of Excellence Judge Sabah Rumi Anad, Judge Hijab Ibrahim Ahmed, Judge Noman Karim Ahmed, Head of Public Prosecutions Judge Mowaffaq al-Obeidi, Head of Judicial Supervision Jassim Mohammed Abboud and Presidents of the Courts of Appeal in Basra, Baghdad and Rusafa. Al-Razzaq, Judge Imad Khudair Al-Jabri and Judge Khaled Taha Ahmad. 
    The Iraqi judicial delegation was received by the Chancellor of the Supreme Judicial Council of Kuwait and the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Kuwait. 
    The visit comes in response to a lawsuit addressed to the President of the Supreme Judicial Council by his Kuwaiti counterpart to discuss the joint judicial matters between the two countries.
