    He added that "the confiscation of the internal order and the rights of deputies, bypassing the rules of procedure is a dangerous precedent added to the election of the presidency of the Council and this is a very damaging blow to the political process and democracy in Iraq, not to mention that what has caused the failure to respect the political process for the security of Iraq and the security of countries loving Iraq "He said.
    Talk of Allawi comes after the leader of the coalition, "axis" National MP Mohammed Karbouli to join (16) deputies of the National Coalition led by Allawi, to his alliance. 
    Karbouli told Asharq Al-Awsat that "the deputies split from the National Coalition and came with the axis, and the current deputies in the National Assembly do not exceed the two deputies." 
    And the leader of the axis alliance that "these 16 deputies formed a mass called the National Alliance within the axis, which is now officially alliance, and an important part of the alliance."
