Baghdad Municipality denies the removal of 500 housing houses across the north-west of the capital

BAGHDAD / The Baghdad Municipality denied on Sunday its intention to remove 500 residential homes in the Raja residential compound, northwest of the capital.
In a statement, the secretariat said it "denies the reports promoted by some media about its intention to remove 500 residential homes in Al Raja residential complex within the 438 camp."
She pointed out that "the Department of projects is working to create a two-way street within the Mahalla branch of the Salah al-Din highway to the area of the role of deputy officers to dismantle traffic jams and serve a number of residential neighborhoods."
"The width of the street is (30) meters, (15) meters each direction, which gave rise to the need to deduct some external fences for the role only to expand it."
The secretariat of Baghdad called on the media to "the need to investigate the accuracy and objectivity in the circulation of such news and information about the work of its constituencies and formations of official sources." Finished
