    Huawei said on Thursday it had sued the United States for preventing federal agencies from buying its products and services. 
    The giant Chinese telecom group is opening a legal front against Washington accusing it of espionage. 
    "The US Congress has repeatedly failed to provide the slightest evidence that would justify the restrictions it imposed on Huawei's products," said Guo Ping, one of the group's rotating presidents, in a statement. 
    At a press conference at the group's headquarters in Shenzhen, south of the country, Huawei's official accused the US government of hacking Huawei's servers and stealing its own emails. 
    Guo said the US government "hacked our servers and stole our e-mails and our code," without providing any evidence of the charges.
    Earlier this year, Huawei, the world's second-largest smartphone, launched a campaign to deflect US accusations that the Chinese government could infiltrate the communications equipment of the Chinese group. 
    The US administration has banned Huawei's 5G technology leader from participating in the deployment of the fifth-generation network in the United States, warning of the risks to its national security. 
    Washington is urging Western allies to boycott the Chinese group as several countries prepare to install the new fifth-generation technology. 
    This service provides faster connectivity, greater capabilities for companies, and the possibility of providing new services in the future, similar to auto-driving.

    raised the company " Huawei " Chinese, filed a lawsuit against the US government because of the part of the defense bill passed last year , imposes restrictions on dealings in the United States . 

    Huawei said on Thursday that it had filed a lawsuit before a US court in Texas to challenge the decision to add it to the US National Defense Authorization Act, adding that "the restrictions it is targeting under this resolution are unconstitutional."


    "The US Congress has repeatedly failed to provide any evidence supporting its restrictions on Huawei products," said Jiu Ping, who now heads Huawei according to the rotation system. 

    The move comes at a time when Washington is trying to convince its allies to prevent dealing with "Huawei," claiming the existence of risks related to espionage. The company has repeatedly denied the allegations.
