    It seems that the struggle for positions has not and will not end in post-2003 Iraq.
    Do not think that this struggle for the post of minister or the head of an "independent" or general manager as we used to read or hear about that conflict, but the conflict this time and it has been going on for months months revolves around the corridors of Parliament and Dahlizih and specifically within the chambers of parliamentary committees failed yesterday Monday of the selection of heads and members of those committees, to be postponed naming members of those committees.
    During the statements of the deputies and those concerned in these committees, we have known many hidden secrets of the parliamentary committees and we also knew some MPs said that some bribes to win the chairmanship of a certain committee, and we emphasize in this regard that the intense conflict and the great competition is chaired committees called "A" But "fat" and those committees are security, defense, finance and integrity.
    Some MPs have revealed that the struggle for the presidency of some important parliamentary committees is not aimed at providing better service to the citizen, but rather to "blackmail" this or that official.
    But the failure of the parliamentary committees to name the heads and members of the committees comes under the pretext of "achieving" the balance or as some call "electoral entitlement" and hence will be the failure in those committees, which will be chosen as a result of the quota quotas that did not and will not be able to political blocs to get rid of quotas that entered until In the selection of members of parliamentary committees.
    And here .. It must be mentioned that all the parliamentary sessions after 2003 did not witness a conflict and rivalry between the political blocs on the presidency of parliamentary committees, as happens in the current parliamentary session, which was unable to resolve the naming of parliamentary committees, despite the passage of about six months on the start of the first parliamentary session .
    "We have heard a lot about buying positions in Iraq, as some of those involved in the formation of the government have said, until some positions were said to have reached tens of millions of dollars, but this is the first time we hear about buying and selling the post of chairman of a parliamentary committee, They have to name committees "A" !!
    When we say that quotas and balance are the reason for blocking the completion of naming the members of the parliamentary committees, we put the points on the letters, as it is decided that the concerned party may not choose a parliamentary committee belonging to a party or a political bloc also belongs to the minister concerned and which the committee to monitor his work !.
    To clarify this point more say, for example, may not be named Chairman of the Finance Committee of the parliamentary party or block belongs to the Minister of Finance, as the Chairman and members of the Finance Committee in this case will be able to monitor the work of the Ministry of Finance if they belong to other parties!
    And again we say .. Allocation and harmony and balance are all names were and still will continue to destroy the country and plunder its wealth and its benefits without any step to progress and prosperity of the country !.
