A member of the parliamentary education committee, Riyad al-Masoudi: "The amounts obtained from foreign labor sufficient to appoint all the holders of higher degrees," calling on the Ministries of Interior, Labor and Social Affairs to emphasize in the payment of fees resulting from this employment.
Masoudi said in a press statement: "There is information, according to the existence of one million foreign workers in Iraq," noting: "The law requires each foreign worker to pay the amount of one million dinars, in addition to 250 thousand dinars as other fees annually, and therefore this number can provide the amount Trillion and 250 billion dinars a year. "
"The amount of foreign workers can appoint all the holders of higher degrees, without paying the government one dinar," he said, pointing to the presence of corrupt parties benefit from the labor force and tighten the screws on Iraqi workers to increase unemployment rates.
