    [size=18]Judge Qasim al-Aboudi, said Sunday that the "controversy" about the nature of the work of the Federal Court controversy "old and important," pointing out that Iraq needs to legislate the law of the Federal Court.


    Aboudi said in an interview with Alsumaria, "The law in which the Federal Court is drafted by the court itself, which reflects the view of this court and does not necessarily reflect the view of a purely legal or constitutional applicable with the Constitution." 







    Aboudi added, "The debate on the nature of the work of the federal wisdom is an old and important controversy, including the constitutionality and legitimacy of this court," but "we need to legislate the law of the Federal Court to cancel this controversy." 

    Aboudi said, "There is an independent federal court and there is an independent judiciary council, and there is no president of the judiciary, as there is no term applies to a judicial authority, because the judiciary is understandable and not a body." 

    He explained that "the judiciary is the powers given to judges and courts to adjudicate cases and this is stipulated in Article 87 of the Constitution, which stipulates that the judiciary is independent and is handled by the courts of all degrees, there is no person head of the judiciary."
