Lawyers of Iraq form a volunteer team to defend the rights of holders of higher degrees

The Iraqi Bar Association announced its intention to form a team to defend the rights of demonstrators who hold [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/12403/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B4%D9%87%D8%A7%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AA %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A7][size=13]high degrees[/url] who were attacked by security forces.
"The syndicate is in the process of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/132497/%D8%AA%D8%B4%D9%83%D9%8A%D9%84 %D9%81%D8%B1%D9%8A%D9%82]forming a team[/url] of volunteer lawyers to defend the rights of the demonstrators and to compensate them for the damage done to them," said the president of the Bar Association Diaa Al-Saadi .
Al-Saadi added: `` The use of military forces methods of aggression and violence against demonstrators, contrary to its competencies specified in the Iraqi Constitution of 2005, and this is a serious trend that may turn it in the future to repressive institution to oppress the people when they exercise citizenship rights and demand their basic rights guaranteed in the Constitution and laws in force. ''
He explained: "The mismanagement of government planning and education behind the phenomenon of unemployment and the large number of graduates without work or job."
Al-Saadi said: "The peaceful demonstrations and protests in Baghdad and the provinces that we are currently witnessing, must be heard by government officials and work to find treatment and solutions in order to achieve a state of equal opportunities, because it is truly guaranteed by the Constitution to all Iraqis."
