He stressed, "His demands calling for a transitional phase led by an independent government that gains the confidence of the people and does not fall under the domination of the forces, their agendas and their dialectics, and capable of bringing about a change in political life in a way that ensures the participation of the people and the creation of positive political climates that enable their energies and national elites to be fair."
