Al-Jumaili explained that the constitution stipulated in its articles that the president of the republic is the head of state and is a symbol of the nation’s unity and represents the sovereignty of the country, and that political experience, justice and loyalty to the country are required All this and today, the country lives in a state of systematic chaos in light of the president’s assumption of the country's presidency, where we witness the unjustified delay in naming the prime minister, with the escalation of demonstrations, and we witness a lack of circumvention around the nation’s demonstrators who came out demanding (a homeland), and we witness in the central and southern Iraq a complete disruption For the supreme interests of the homeland in exchange for preserving the minimum personal interests, and we witness a flagrant violation of the Iraqi dignity by not returning to his home and staying in the displacement camps, so where is the homeland, Mr. President, and the eyes of the bereaved looking to you to know the fate of the disappeared and missing.
Al-Jumaili concluded by saying to President Saleh, I advise you, to protect the country and the citizen, may God protect you.
