Abdul-Mahdi said in a speech to him in the House of Representatives, that "the United States' view towards [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] has become governed by several issues with its policies towards [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ," noting that " [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] does not agree with many of the policies of the United States inside the country."
He added, "After the attack on the American embassy, American planes flew over Baghdad without our permission."
