    , Foreign Minister Muhammad Ali al-Hakim discussed Thursday with Ayman al-Safadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the deal of the century.
    A statement by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, Mawazine News, received a copy of it, that "Foreign Minister Muhammad Ali al-Hakim made a phone call to Ayman al-Safadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan."
    The statement added, "The two ministers discussed the latest developments of the current situation, and what the United States announced in a so-called deal of the century, and its effects on the stability of the region, especially on Palestine and Jordan."
    And he stated, "The two sides exchanged views on the importance of reducing tension in the region and maintaining its security." Ended 29 / A 43
