On Thursday, the National Security Agency denied seizing any contaminated meat shipment from China.
The agency said in a statement, "The news that was mentioned about the seizure of a contaminated meat shipment imported from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] through [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/3481/%D9%85%D9%8A%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%A1 %D8%A7%D9%85 %D9%82%D8%B5%D8%B1]Umm Qasr port[/url] in Basra Governorate is false."
He called on the media to "draw the news from its official sources and be careful in dealing with such news, which aims to spread fear among citizens."
