"Allawi has completed the files of 19 ministers who are ready to vote, with the exception of 3 ministries that are still vacant, which is the share of the Kurds that should be nominated for him by independent ministers," Arabs said in a statement reported by Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper and seen by him / the information.
Arab added, "All indications are that the cab will go inside Parliament because there is no strong opposition to it that could impede the vote on it."
