    The information / Baghdad
, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhammad al-Shabki, ruled out, on Wednesday, the passage of the draft federal budget law for the country for the year 2021 at the parliament session next Saturday, while revealing 3 deep disagreement points.
"The possibility of passing the budget bill in the parliament session next Saturday is very weak," Al-Shabaki said in a statement to "the information", indicating that "the differences focus on Article 11 related to the region’s share, the dollar exchange rate and the regional development share."
He added that "these differences are still pending and need additional days to be resolved," noting that "the most important controversial issues are Article 11, the exchange rate of the dollar and the funds allocated for the development of the regions."
A member of the Parliamentary Economic Committee, MP Mazen Al-Faily, confirmed earlier that the 2021 budget includes paragraphs that will lead to disasters, indicating that we do not expect the budget to be passed in the next Saturday session due to the sharp differences between the parliamentary parties. End / 25 h
