    The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the purpose of fixing the petrodollar clause in the budget is to support the oil and gas-producing governorates.


    Al-Kaabi's media office said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives expressed his astonishment at one of the governmental challenges submitted to the Federal Court regarding the draft Federal General Budget Law No. 23 of 2021 regarding the appeal against the text of Article (2-first-8). ".
