Cabinet spokesman Hassan Nazim announced, on Tuesday, the allocation of interest-free loans for the purchase and construction of housing units for citizens.
Nazim said during the weekly conference, June 22, that "the government has taken measures to solve the housing crisis," noting that "the measures included financing the Real Estate Bank and the Housing Fund with 1.8 trillion dinars by the Central Bank."
Nazim explained that "the amount will be distributed to citizens as interest-free loans to encourage the purchase and construction of housing units," noting that "the loan repayment period is up to 20 years
