    The Central Bank of hard currency sales recorded, on Tuesday, a significant decline in the currency auction for today.
    And the Central Bank auction for the sale and purchase of foreign currencies witnessed a decrease in its dollar sales by 1.52% to reach 195 million and 339 thousand and 350 dollars, which the bank covered at a base exchange rate of 1460 dinars per dollar.
    Most of the bank's sales went to enhance balances abroad in the form of remittances and credits, amounting to 147 million and 29 thousand and 350 dollars, while the remaining amount of 48 million and 310 thousand dollars went in cash.
    This has been 26 banks to fulfill requests to enhance balances abroad, 18 banks to meet cash requests, in addition to and 218 intermediary companies. Ended 29/A 4

    Dollar sales rise in the Iraqi Central auction with the participation of 45 banks



    Shafaq News/ Sales of the Central Bank of Iraq rose in the auction of the US dollar currency, on Monday, to reach more than 198 million dollars, with the participation of 45 banks.

    Shafak News Agency correspondent stated that today, during its auction for buying and selling US dollars, the Central Bank witnessed an increase in its dollar sales by 1.54%, to reach 198 million and 28 thousand, and 107 dollars, covered by the bank at a base exchange rate of 1460 dinars per dollar, Compared to yesterday, Sunday, where sales amounted to 195 million and 794 thousand and 310 dollars.

    Our correspondent indicated that most of the bank's sales went to enhance balances abroad in the form of remittances and credits, which amounted to 149 million and 918 thousand and 107 dollars, while the remaining amount of 48 million and 110,000 dollars went in cash.

    Our correspondent indicated that 26 banks have met requests to enhance balances abroad, including 19 banks to meet cash requests, in addition to 193 mediation companies.
