A directive regarding the working hours of real estate registration departments and new procedures for returning real estate to its owners

, the Ministry of Justice announced today, Sunday, the formation of field committees to return real estate to its original owners, while it issued a directive regarding the permanence of real estate registration departments and notaries.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Justice, Ahmed Laibi, said, "The ministry, within the framework of automating all transactions for the judicial departments, has also formed committees to study real estate and research its assets."
He added, "Field committees were formed in all real estate registration branches and others, and they took upon themselves the responsibility to return the properties to their original occupants and owners when submitting their identification papers."
And he continued, "The minister directed all judicial departments to work in the morning and evening, in addition to field visits, especially to the departments of real estate registration, the notary public and the implementation departments in which there is a momentum for citizens."
Laibi explained, "There is morning and evening hours for the departments to facilitate the transactions of citizens, in addition to the minister's field visits, which urge the service departments to provide the best services," noting that "the minister started using the principle of reward and punishment in order to provide good service to citizens."
Regarding appointments, Laibi said that "the ministry has not seen any appointments for five years," noting that "most of the job cadres are processed by some recommendations from the rest of our departments."
