The Federal Court held, on Tuesday, its session to consider the appeal submitted regarding the legitimacy of the first session of Parliament.
MP Khaled Al-Daraji, who chaired the first session of Parliament, arrived instead of Al-Mashhadani to testify before the court.
It is noteworthy that the Federal Court adjourned earlier, deciding the appeal in the first session of Parliament until today, Tuesday, the 25th of January. Ended 29/N33
