Al-Abdali continued, “The internal system registered with the commission first elects the head of the movement and the powers that are present and registered in the statute, and renews the election for him or votes for him in every national conference, and then votes for the members of the leading public body and elects its president and two deputies, then the political office consisting of 25 members, including the head of the movement. Six of them should be women, i.e. 25% quota.
And he indicated, "The ballot paper will be different, the first for the presidency and its two deputies, and the polling paper for the political office, and for each candidate a number, the sequences are according to the lottery, and executive sections and a mini-form have been prepared to be distributed to voters to make his choices better. The candidate has the right to choose 24 candidates for the public body,
and the member of the movement is free to elect any number from 24 a filter; But if the choice reaches 25, the ballot paper will be discarded.”
Al-Abdali concluded, “There will be electoral silence that begins on the day of polling, and there will be an absolute ban on promotion, including the use of mobile phones or taking pictures of the ballot, and the voter will come with his identification, and there will be a voter register for the participants in the general conference, and the counting and sorting of ballot papers.”
The general elections of the National Wisdom Movement are scheduled to be held under the title (the session of Sheikh Hamid Maaleh Al-Saadi) next Saturday, 5 March.
