The Service Council issues a clarification regarding the electronic window for certificate holders and the firsts:
The Service Council displays the information received from the Ministry of Education as it is in order to check it to see if it needs correction or change.
Amending data or correcting errors is the exclusive responsibility of higher education, and the Council cannot amend any information.
All objections are dealt with electronically and sent to the concerned authorities (universities and missions department) and are checked and corrected if necessary.
