[rtl]Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that Iraq welcomed the announcement of the armistice and the cessation of military operations inside Yemen .[/rtl]
[rtl]A statement by the ministry stated that "the Iraqi government welcomes the announcement of the armistice and the cessation of military operations for a period of two months inside Yemen and on the Yemeni-Saudi border ."[/rtl]
[rtl]The statement added, "We value the efforts and endeavors of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, and its adoption of an initiative for the Yemeni-Yemeni dialogue, which aims to bring a ceasefire in Yemen; Because it holds an opportunity to achieve peace and establishes a new logic that will reflect on the security and stability of the region .”[/rtl]
[rtl]The statement continued, "The political solution is the only solution to end the war, and all efforts are combined to get Yemen out of its crisis, end the suffering of its people and start building the future of its generations, by designing a framework that prepares for a negotiating process that guarantees a comprehensive and sustainable peace ."[/rtl]
