    Baghdad/
Today, Friday, a member of the House of Representatives, Alia Nassif, responded to the statements of the Minister of Transport regarding the existence of fraud and waste of public money in the Al-Faw port contract.
Nassif said in a statement, "The Minister of Transport, in a televised interview yesterday, tried to deny the existence of fraud and waste of public money in the contract that the ministry concluded with the Korean company to establish the Faw port.
And she added that she "has documents that prove the inaccuracy of his claim  with evidence and papers, and from his pen she condemns him in front of public opinion, but if she, the deputies and the specialists agree to go to Basra, the minister will certainly offer the old work, not what was contracted."
Nassif continued, "The minister has two challenges: the first is a televised debate, during which MP Nassif will present all the evidence written by the minister's pen and the only director general, and the second challenge is to answer parliamentary questions through his presence in the House of Representatives in front of the people's representatives."
