[size=45]Dhi Qar Governor Muhammad Hadi Al-Ghazi announced, on Friday, the preparation of 172 plots of land for the construction of the second round of schools within the framework of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement and referred it to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.[/size]
[size=45]The governorate indicated in a statement that "this comes within an ambitious plan to address the crisis of school buildings in Dhi Qar."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Ghazi said on the sidelines of a meeting he chaired in this regard, that "the 172 lands were allocated to build model schools in the province, and that they were sent to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for official approval within the second round of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement projects."[/size]
[size=45]The governor directed to “complete the remaining land allocated for school projects in the province, which number 128 schools, in a maximum period of only two weeks, to complete the plan drawn up to build 300 schools in Dhi Qar within the Iraqi-Chinese agreement.”[/size]
[size=45]And he indicated that "this work comes within the framework of an ambitious plan to fill the total deficit in school buildings of 811 schools throughout the governorate's cities, of which 133 schools were transferred within the regional development plan for the past year 2021, as well as 106 schools were referred within the first batch of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement projects." .[/size]
