Al-Bajari said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The law of emergency support for food security and development contains major problems as it is in violation of the constitution because it came from a daily caretaker government and not a permanent government."
She indicated that "the law included sums of money amounting to 35 trillion dinars, without a clear picture of the mechanism of disbursement. Is it actually for emergency support or for future strategic projects?"
Al-Bajari added, "The law is questionable in its constitutionality and deals with strategic projects in addition to including loans, although oil imports rose after the increase in oil prices globally. Despite this, the law included new loans that will shackle the Iraqi state and future governments by a daily caretaker government."
She pointed out that "the legislation of laws should be constitutional to ensure that they are not challenged in the Federal Court through its legislation and preparation by a government with full powers."

Secretary-General of the National Movement of My Country, Representative Zahra Al-Bajari, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the law of emergency support for food security and development has major problems and is questionable in its constitutionality and includes useless loans that will shackle the Iraqi state with future restrictions.
