A member of the Parliamentary Labor and Social Affairs Committee, Nasik Mahdi Al-Zanki, confirmed, on Wednesday, that the second session will witness the legislation of many bills that await the deputies because they affect many sectors, including the workers sector.
Al-Zanki said in a statement to "Al-Maalouma", that "there are some laws that were reviewed in the House of Representatives during the first legislative term, and they will be approved at the beginning of the second legislative term, including the retirement and social security law."
She added, "The Retirement and Social Security Law, which achieves multiple benefits for the benefit of workers and contributes to a retirement security similar to the public sector," stressing that "the committee proceeds to legislate laws that guarantee workers' rights and contribute to raising their standard of living and stimulates the involvement of young people to work within the private sector and guarantee a pension." .
