Earth News/ The Parliamentary Legal Committee indicated today, Tuesday, the lack of will in the Kurdistan region to abide by the laws.
Committee member Aref Al-Hamami told Earth News, "The problem does not lie in the constitution, as it cannot mention every incoming and outgoing, but rather many issues are regulated by laws," noting that "the pervasive problem that always recurs between the center and the region is oil and gas.
He added, "The laws are approved by the parliament and therefore become effective, but we do not see a painful will to abide by them and implement the decisions of the center."
