The coordination framework held today an expanded meeting to discuss the formation of the next government, stressing their complete rejection of any abuse against the religious authority and the popular crowd.
A statement by the framework received by / Mawazine News / stated that the meeting discussed a number of files, the most important of which is the need to expedite the resolution of the name of the appropriate candidate for the circumstances of the current stage, and that he will not be affiliated with a specific party, but rather he is the candidate of all the forces of the framework.
He added, "The candidate's points will not be counted against any party so that he is not indebted to it, rather he is from the whole framework and for all of Iraq, and it was agreed that the leadership should be collective in making fateful and strategic decisions in all political, economic and social agreements, and the administration is left to the Prime Minister and his ministerial team. It was also decided that there would be specific criteria for selecting ministers in terms of competence and integrity, and that they would be circulated to all Kurdish, Sunni and other components that participate in the government without exception.
He pointed out that the leaders of the framework affirmed their complete rejection of any abuse against the religious authority and the popular crowd and against His Eminence Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr, stressing the need to resort to the judiciary and the law, and everyone should exercise responsibility, restraint and prevent abuses, stressing that the motive behind these leaks is to cause sedition and ignite unrest.
