, Thursday, the Joint Operations Command counted the number of ISIS terrorist gangs in Iraq, while confirming its readiness for any emergency.
The spokesman for the leadership, Major General Tahsin al-Khafaji, said that "the number of ISIS terrorist elements in Iraq is very small, amounting to less than 1,000, most of them are local," noting that "these elements are spread over four or five detachments."
In an interview with the official news agency, Al-Khafaji added, "The Joint Operations Command has taken important measures to control the borders, and prepare for any emergency that occurs on the borders." Ended 29/N33
