, President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, stressed, on Wednesday, the importance of unifying national efforts to form the new government.
A statement by the Presidency of the Republic, received by Mawazine News, said that "President of the Republic, Abdel Latif Jamal Rashid, received today, Wednesday, the head of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim."
The statement added, "At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Hakim extended his congratulations and blessings to President Abdul Latif Rashid on the occasion of his election as President of the Republic, wishing him success in his work."
The President of the Republic expressed his "thanks and appreciation to Al-Hakim for his congratulations," stressing "the importance of unifying national efforts to form the new government in order to meet the aspirations of the citizens." Ended 29/N33
