Nechirvan Barzani calls on Al-Sadr to participate in the Sudanese government: Supporting it is a duty for all of us
Shafaq News/ The President of Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani called on Wednesday to include the Sadrist movement in the current government headed by Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani.
"The presence of the Sadrist movement in the political process is important, and the government should do its utmost to satisfy the brothers in the Sadrist movement to be assistants and participants in the government," Nechirvan Barzani said in a speech during his hosting of the "Miri" Forum for the Middle East.
He added that "the role and position of the movement and its leader, Muqtada al-Sadr, in the political process is important and major, stressing that supporting this government is a duty for all of us."
